Frequently asked questions
We are a small business. Do we really need cybersecurity?
Yes. Small businesses are often targeted because they have fewer defences. Basic measures stop most attacks: multi-factor authentication, updated systems, tested backups and trained staff.
What should we do if we are hacked?
Disconnect affected devices from the network but do not switch them off, change passwords from a clean device, and call an incident response team. Contact APOPS Assurance on +254 722 102 317.
Do you offer ongoing monitoring?
Yes. Managed security plans include monitoring, updates, alerts and regular reports.
